تظهر هذه الدراسة إنشاء أنظمة جديدة لتحسين إنتاج المنتجات القيمة من المصافي. وتهدف إلى زيادة الكمية المنتجة، وتحسين سير العملية، وجعلها أكثر مراعاة للبيئة. وتستخدم الدراسة مجموعة من العمليات الكيميائية المتقدمة وأحدث طرق الفصل. وتركز هذه الدراسة على استخدام محفزات جديدة في عمليات التحويل الهيدروجيني والهدرجة. ويُستخدم التعلم الآلي لتحسين هذه المحفزات والتنبؤ بكيفية عملها بشكل جيد في مواقف مختلفة. وللاختبار مدى نجاح هذه الأنظمة الجديدة، تم إعداد مفاعل صغير ذو تدفق مستمر. ويتيح لنا ذلك رؤية تأثير الإعدادات المختلفة بسرعة على جودة المنتج وكميته. وأظهرت نتائج الاختبار زيادة كبيرة تصل إلى 30٪ في كمية المنتجات القيمة المنتجة مقارنة بطرق التكرير التقليدية. ويعزى ذلك إلى الاستقرار والانتقائية الأفضل للمحفزات الجديدة، مما أدى أيضًا إلى انخفاض كبير في المنتجات الثانوية غير المرغوب فيها.وأسهم استخدام تقنيات الفصل الأفضل في سهولة الحصول على المنتجات القيمة وتحسين كفاءة عملية التكرير. ويُظهر الاستخدام الفعال للتعلم الآلي لتحسين هذه العمليات أنه يمكن أن يكون مفيدًا للغاية في البحث والتطبيقات العملية في صناعة التكرير.تساهم الأفكار الجديدة في هذه الدراسة بشكل كبير في جعل عمليات التكرير النفطية أكثر استدامة، مما يسمح بممارسات أكثر مراعاة للبيئة. وتسلط النتائج الضوء على الحاجة إلى استخدام التقنيات الجديدة في التكرير لمواكبة الطلب المتزايد على المنتجات القيمة مع تقليل التأثير البيئي. وسيساعد ذلك في التحول نحو مصادر الطاقة النظيفة ودعم نجاح الصناعة على المدى الطويل.
