تحضير وتشخيص جسيمات نانوية لثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم بمساحة سطحية عالية

الملخص

تم تحضير الجسيمات النانوية TiO2 و TiO2-Al2O3 باستخدام طريقة sol-gel و التحلل المائي لرباعي أكسيد التيتانيوم (TTIP) مع خليط الإيثانول والماء كمصدر للتيتانيا. تم تصنيع المركبات النانوية TiO2-Al2O3بنجاح بطريقة sol-gel. و استخدام التيتانيوم (IV) رباعي الأيزوبروبوكسيد وأيزوبروبوكسيد الألومنيوم لتحضير TiO2-Al2O3. تم إجراء الكلسنة لجميع للعينات المحضرة عند درجات حرارة مختلفة (400 إلى 700)ْ م وأجريت عمليات التشخيص لـ  TiO2  و TiO2-Al2O3 المركب النانوي بواسطةXRD ، AFM، المساحة السطحيةBET ، SEM ،XRF. XRD ، كشفت تحاليل تشتت الاشعة السينية ان الجسيمات النانوية لاوكسيد التيتانيوم المحضر هي من طور الاناتايس بدرجة 400  و 500 °م وتتحول الى طور الروتيل بدرجة 600 الى 700م  أظهرت التحاليل أن وجود الألومينا (Al2O3) في TiO2 له تأثير على حجم البلورة وحجم الجسيمات ومساحة السطح وحجم المسام للمساحيق المكونة والمراحل البلورية؛ و كان TiO2 المحضر من طورanatase ، بدون أي روتيل في جميع درجات حرارة التكليس. أدت إضافة الألومينا إلى زيادة معنوية في مساحة سطح التيتانيوم النقي وكانت أفضل مساحة تم الحصول عليها 355.18 م2 / غم. بمتوسط حجم جسيمي يبلغ 34.98 نانومتر عند 500 درجة مئوية مقارنة بثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم النقي.
